Jason B. Aamodt, Esq. is a practicing attorney with 17 years of experience working with Indian Tribes and individuals. The focus of his work relates to representing tribes on a wide range of issues, from contract review, facilitating business relationships, natural resource protection, to land and financial trust matters. He also regularly represents individuals who require assistance to have their lands remediated from pollution. He is currently licensed to practice in all Oklahoma courts, all Pennsylvania courts, the Northern, Western and Eastern Federal Districts of Oklahoma, the Western and Eastern Districts of Arkansas, the Federal Court of Claims, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Jason received his Bachelor degree in Chemistry/Environmental Science from State University of New York in Plattsburgh and his Juris Doctorate from The University of Tulsa College of Law. He was the Assistant Dean for Online Legal Education, and teaches International Environmental Law and Water Law as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Tulsa College of Law.
